Name, trade, phone number and notes for the companies that work on the house, kept with the home’s record.
What it keeps
The short list of people worth calling back, with enough context to know who did what. Invoices from their work can be filed in Documents and their visits logged in Maintenance. Calls, quotes and payments happen directly with the vendor.

- Trade: plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, pool service
- Phone number
- Notes: jobs done and when, who to ask for, what they know about the house
In practice
A breaker keeps tripping, and the right call is the electrician who replaced the panel last year. The vendor entry has the number and the note from that job: 200-amp panel, garage subpanel added, ask for Luis. The call starts from the last job.
